CA Violates Cease & Desist!

Tell me this is too good to be true! My dear CA actually called and left another message for me today! Believe it or not he called to acknowledge receipt of cease and desist letter! He references the law suit case number and tells me that I have to address all issues to "that" and then tells me if I want to furhter discuss this matter with them that I call his legal assistant. Funny, according to the lawsuit paperwork, the name he gave me for his legal assistant is the president of the company (supposedly - he claimed on day #1 that he was). I dare this guy to actually show up in court.
