First let me apologize for getting my posts all out of order - im a newbie to posting but not reading. I was just thinking about what you said back on November 22, 2002 at 14:54:42 regarding the sol for Ohio. you mentioned that the sol starts "the first date of the breach of the contract, which is your first delinquency or past due month." I think ive breeched their contract many times starting way back before 1995 - thats in fact why they have me on a partial payment program because I kept missing payments. Does the fact that I am making payments change everything - re-age the account etc? Thanks
