I put up more information at

http://65.108.44.92/CR.html
and
http://65.108.44.92/BofA.jpg.

Im wondering if you could take a look. I have removed all identifying information.

The first is my credit report from experian as regards my BofA account. As you'll note the actuall credit card statement does not say closed only the CR says that but I called BofA and they re-affirmed that the account is closed and can never be re-opened. This BofA card has been closed for a very long time and Ive only been paying on the balance.

My other account is actually a AT&T UniversalCard who's status I think is actually still opened though I cannot charge on it.

What I dont understand is what triggers the SOL - it appears not to be the "first delinquency" but the "first seriouse delinquency" As you can see on my CR goes back to 12-96 which says I was only 30days delinquent but I had the card well before that and was delinquent prior to that as well.

thanks
