You need to fax a cease and desist letter...does not need to be typed..can be hand written. Advise them they are only to contact you by mail. Advise them that they are to longer call your references, neighbors, or anyone with a direct or indirect relationship with you. This is taking a chance because now it gives them reason to pick your vehicle up. But in the event that your car is being picked up and you are there to witness it. Call the police. Hold the repoman there. Once he breaks the peace, he must leave. That does not mean he won't come back. Also have you been offered any assistance by them. I.E. Deferments, that by law they can not charge you a fee for, but most all companies do it and tell you it is for something else, or it's going toward late fees. You need anything else?
