Thanks for the speedy response. If I read you correctly my offer for payback is more than a good offer! I am sending them a letter telling them I will stick with my plan with no waiver in my offer or further negotiations via money order. If they do not like it, I guess they can take me to court in which I would like to see the judge that sees my proposal for repay. Thanks G
