It's not LEGALLY POSSIBLE !! ASS-et has illegally re-aged the debt to 'run the statute' on you so that they can try to sue you and say the SOL has NOT run out. If you have proof positive of this illegal re-aging, then you need to disipute with the CRA's and get in line to sue these scumbags.

ASS-et does NOT get to restart anything. No collection can survive the obsolescence of the original debt's reporting period. 7 years from charge-off and that's IT !

Sue the SOB's.. file a complaint with the FTC and your state's Atty General. Then you need to go visit Edcombs.com - this exactly the kind of thing that lawfirm is looking for to go for a class-action against ASS-et !!
