Well. actually I did call Providian and got an
automated message that stated that my
account had been sold. Isn't that interesting
that the message was recorded? I never
called Arrow but did look them up on the web
and they are a public company. I have been
paying to Arrow through an attorney's office -
Chas. E. Soffar out of Houston. The guy I have
been dealing with there is definitely not an
attorney.
