You may want to either get hold of a BK attorney or go to naca.net and find an attorney on that site who will take your case on contingency. DO NOT send them any paperwork. NO NO NO. It is a federal crime to collect on a BK debt. Any good consumer protection attorney would cream not only Camco but the idiots who sold the debt. I would also file a complaint with the illinois attorney general, the new york AG, the BBB, and the FTC. Your own attorney who did the BK should also be able to help you with a civil suit.
