According to a local bank in Ohio, a credit card such as Visa or MC are cosidered both an open A/C and a written a/c. What does this mean in terms of SOL? Also, I was told by a lawyer friend that even though the original a/c had no judgement or suits attached to it the CA can still file a judgement. Is this true?
