1- Any judgment from a credit card will be voided by bankruptcy. You do, however, have to have a judgment vacated once you get your discharge.

2 - The debt would be on the credit report of the spouse who owed the debt and has the judgment against him/her. Any lien placed against property would NOT show up on credit reports, only on the county title records.

I see that there is no provision for SOL on judgments in DE, but surely there must be SOME limit. I'll have to dig into that.
