I agree, the upset these rats cause us is surely sufficient to make us want to move. I do believe that which we are witnessing here will become standard throughout the rest of the country however.

You handled yourself beautifully in court particularly for standing up to Judge Cracker. The "Mediators" provided as 'free service' by the court to 'help us resolve our debts' is the second mutant leg of the collectors' body politic, the first being the dirtbag fourth-rate
fifth-a-day swilling hack lawyer who takes you to court. The Mediator is just another tag team member of the Collection Hit Squad in the Sunshine state.

Judge Cracker is the third member, so to speak. Just at mediators help with 'our debts' - so who said they are 'ours'? -the Judges have of late taken to running with the flea-ridden manure-smeared Collection Dogs. They are typically confrontive as in your case hoping to trip you into an admission of indebtedness. This you see absolves the greasebag collection lawyer of any liability for his egregious misconduct. Personally I don't know why they would be concerned as most of these so-called lawyers carry no liability and their assets are in some offshore druggie bank in the name of their crack-sweetheart.
No matter, you carried the day and denied them their prized Default Judgement and as well their Admission of Indebtedness. Stay in touch, you are on your way to denying them money and instead hopefully you will now ratchet their court costs.
Make them understand by means of all legal resources, your strength of will and mind that you are not to be trifled with. Teach them with certainty that to play with your life will prove painful, costly, and will prove most time-consuming.
