have a time-barred lawsuit I am working on from Asset. Well, when I filed my answer to the court I listed my telephone number. Now, Asset is calling me. I DO NOT want to talk to them on the phone and I sure don't want them to call my work. Can I send them a letter stating that I will not talk to them over the telephone and that if they want to speak to me it will have to be send via regular mail? Do I state also that they must send communication via certified just in case they try to say that I refuse to talk with them and never respond to their mail and they never send anything? Your thoughts are greatly appreciated, I wasn't sure if I could tell them not to call me and if so I want to get it out in the mail 1st thing in the morning. Thanks
