In March 2003 I received a bill for the balance after my insurance paid for a surgery I had in April 2001. Can they legally wait 2 years with no contact whatsoever and then bill me.... I asked them and they stated they had no control over when my insurance pays them... I am not saying I may not owe the money but I think it is totally unfair too bill someone over 2 years later. Thx.
