When the other party is represented by a lawyer, you direct all correspondence to the lawyer. Also, file with the court on the day you send the interrogatories in case you need to ask the court to compel discovery.

I suggest a visit to the law library of your main courthouse and a visit with the friendly librarians there. (Sometimes they know things the lawyers don't). Tell them what you need..there are many, many books filled with interrogatories for different types of cases. You may need to modify them to fit your case.

That is a good place to start. Also, search the court records and find other cases where people have requested information from the other side..you might find some help there.
