Probably a cash and carry system will be the best. Since they have a judgment, they can execute it at any time. A judgment is good for a long time and is renewable. They can sieze whatever assets that they think will satisfy the debt, whether it is your paycheck (which is not garnishable because you don't get paid enough), your checking account or your car. However they might not do anything at the moment since you might not have anything to collect. They might wait until you have something of value. I would see legal aid for advice.
