Big Steve, Relax.. or try to :) Your SSI can NOT be taken from you even if the slimebags DID sue you. At this point all you need to do next is fire off a letter, certified RRR. As you noted, the SOL HAS expired - 3 years in MS. You're months past the time they could LEGALLY sue you (before Feb 03). Send the scumbags at Credidgy WhyChat's Notification of SOL letter and tell them to go drown themselves in the nearest cesspool ;)
