for the readers a technique that will stop all collection from an out of state or in state CA even if there local lawyer is on the case. Call Florida Financial Services and have them send a letter which includes the Florida Seal on the letter stating that the CA is not regisitered in FL. Then send copy of this letter to there lawyer Registered-- Restricted mail to lawyer--Certified to CA and they will now know that the consumer knows that CA is not in compliance and will Stop all collection...CA's must be registered in FL to even send a collection letter from out of state.
