Incorrect. I went to the Florida Financial Services site and I believe it states under consumer collection agency's ----Members of Fla Bar do not need to be registered. However, in state and out of state collectors do. I believe the statue in Florida is only lawyers that collect COMMERCIAL not CONSUMER accounts need to be registered. By the way, your information and site has helped me alot. THANK YOU.
