So the process server doesn't show up until they decide to sue, which may not happen? That's a bit of a relief. The largest debt I owe is to Providian for 5K--maybe they just annoy me for awhile. So far I've only received letters, but have been screening my calls and get a lot of hang ups. Thanks for the info
