they say the payment returned i dont recall receiving a notice from my credit union....so that is why i was late for august 2003. well on the 18th of september 2003 i made a payment via the website below the min amt due well guess what they hit me with another late because i didnt send the min amt due and plus they hit me with a late fee because i was a day late..

can someone plz tell me how a person is reported
late to the bureaus if a person makes a payment before the 30 day window but not the mininmum requested.....
