Missouri SOL- Credit Card -Any Case Law?

I am being sued for Credit Card Debt that is beyond Missouri 5 year SOL. This question has been asked before here, and that is; does anyone anywhere have any case law to support the lesser of the SOL's for any state, preferably Missouri, but I will take any.
I've heard talk, but I havn't seen anyone post their results after succesfully defending a lower SOL. I know how to defend myself properly, but it sure would be icing on the cake if there were supporting documents, as in case law to help my defense.
