I have seen posts confirming that people here have succesfully defended a shorter SOL. If these are not part of any court record, how can one go about finding someone who has done this? I guess what I am asking is do you are maybe Why Chat know of someone, as you have been posting considerably longer than I. Your chances of finding one are much better than mine. I heard of one last week from Ohio I believe. I'm sure that it was posted on this forum, stating that he or she had succesfully defended against the longer SOL. (i.e., 6 years vs. 15 years.)
