Technically they never signed anything for me. My car my mom co-signed but that was it. The liability is to the same effect as a parent and child. They were friends of the family. The only thing I claimed here was their adress. I though the law stated that no other person can be held responsible for my debts. I have a US Citizenship if thats any help. I told them about it the whole thing.
