I just got off the phone with my local DA's office and they told me that I did the right thing.... basically everything Ron said. He is calling the store and is sending me a form to file a complaint. I made Sleepy's a final chance to resolve the situation by this Saturday otherwise I would have the new mattress company put the Sleepy's mattress in my husband's truck and we would drive it over. They also suggested either videotaping or having a witness there to vouch that we returned the mattress.
