The attorney that sued you and got the judgment against you. I would assume you would have to contact and make arrangements with him.

I'm not sure about Virginia, but my state (Florida) has judgments filed accessable online in a .pdf (Acrobat) format. You can look at a scan of the actual paperwork and see who the attorney of record is, then call him and make a deal to clear it.
