Wolpoff and abramson called tonight and some dullard name Eric said please hold on we have an important message. He than put me on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up before anyone came back on the line. I sent them C&D's also they filed a suit against me the trial is late January 2004. I filed my affirmative defenses etc.. Are they allowed to contact me and harass even though there is a pending trial. I am so tired of these scum suckers. Please any advice is appreciated.
