If you were not served with a Court Order requesting disclosure, you could not be in contempt of Court.

It is POSSIBLE I suppose for a collection agent to issue a demand for disclosure, and if there is no reply, or return of service, to somehow pursuade a Court to issue a bench warrant, but it is VERY unlikely, and the bench warrants are for a limited time in a case like that.

If you have concerns, you can probably go on line, to look and see if there was anything entered in the Court records of your judgment.
