I know that I may have read it some where but right I just don't seem to understand things, I have run into some really bad times with the economy and only one income , my hubby works I stay at home and then he got skin cancer and we had to stay at home with it he is now working but all our cc are charged off we have paid some but it still shows charged off but paid and there is one we have been paying with a lawyer of colorado capital and i don't know if they are going to sue us or what they didnt sent a bill but have ask some questions now i need to know what is exemption of debt?
and how is or what is ?
and what is collectible assests are house has now equity in it ,
we have nothing to give but blood
so if any one can help with these greatly appericated very much i really enjoy this web site , great information
