Once again, please see an attorney. If you are successful in court, then you will get back your attorneys fees... see..www.naca.net for a lawyer in your area. You can do it yourself, but the judges are friendly to the lawyers for the debt scavengers (I have seen them call the lawyers when they forgot to show up in court- and wait for them- instead of defaulting them), so your best bet is to hire an attorney to take care of this for you.
