Would anyone happen to know what the term Exception of Prescription means? I was served and responded to a lawsuit filed by a credit card company in February and I received a paper with the heading 'Motion To Set Exception For Hearing' today. It states a hearing date of February 4, 2004. What am I to expect? I'm in Louisiana, if that helps. Thanks.
