Receivables Management sent a letter to my ex-husband regarding a charged off MBNA account wanting to settle for 60% ($2400). He called them questioning them about it and they told him everything, the address that I had listed with them, the phone number (I have been staying at my sister's), the month it was charged off, etc. Is there anything I can do about them telling him all of my personal information? They knew it wasn't me talking to them. I am sooooo freaking peed off. He thinks he is sooo funny finding out my business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
