Go to my post down lower reading: "Re: anyone ever had actual success with lawsuit for non-validation". This will give you an idea of what you should look for in all collection letters. You are always looking for leverage to zero out the debt. Or you may do as I did and take the Collection Agency to Court. I won both times. Recieved judgment for $1000.00 plus costs and the collection agency still had to delete their trade line.
