My husband had to stop paying his First USA(Bank One) credit card about 2 years ago because he is disabled.
Now a law firm Mann-Bracken out of Georgia has filed with National Arbitration Forum to have the case ruled on by an arbitrator. Is there any way to get out of this predictiment? I understand once they win they will file a judgement and I am afraid of any problems that may cause. How would a judgement allow then to collect?
