Oh and by the way, Word has a template called LEGAL PLEADINGS so that if you get sued you can answer to complaint yourself. Let me know if you need help in filling out the LEGAL PLEADING in order to answer the lawsuit. And don't be afraid to go to court... Judges hate CA scum too. They probably did it when they first passed their bar... but not one attorney, not a single one, will ever admit they did collections when they first passed the bar. Only pond scum at the bottom of the food chain do collections. When you talk to them on the phone, picture yourself talking to an amoeba... no the fungus that lives off the amoeba that lives off the pond scum.
