Thanks, but I'm not sure I understand. Let's suppose the removal date is Jan 2000, and I deduct 7 years and 1 month from THAT date, the start of the Ca legal SOL would be Dec 1992. If that's true, all my charged off accounts would be outside of the Ca SOL. I might not have even opened the account at that time. So I think I'm missing something here.
