Anyway, I sent my first request for validation earlier this month, and they already violated the rules by sending me another collection letter before they sent me the validation info..(still haven't sent it). So don't panic too much, but definitely find a good demand for validation letter to use before your 30 days is up, and hopefully one of the experts on this site will jump in! Good Luck, I'll let you know if anything else develops!
