Dear Toys 34238;

PS - immediately call the FTC and file a complaint on this googly eyed termite. Why? Because his methods are a study in ongoing continuous violations of FTC rules. Send the FTC copies of every scrap of paper he's sent you. Make note of anything said during calls and forward those. Send copies to FL Dept. Banking but get FTC on him straightaway.
If you need a lawyer depending upon where you are I can recommend a good one who will ensure he stays out of court so that none see the discoloration about the fly on his cheap suit. Call the FTC, let them sort through his violations. Get a tape or transcript of court appearances and send those. This scabies makes false representations of Federal law in open court, why not let FTC give him credit for his inventive - and fraudulent - statements?

Creditably,

Keyser Soze
