Send all correspondence to their Registered Agent with a brief note as to why he is receiving the mail and that he should immediately forward the mail to NCO. Also that if this doesn't get forwarded to NCO, that the next piece of mail he will be signing for will be, a summons from the Sheriff of his county to appear in my resident county on behalf of NCO. He will sign for it and when he gets an overwhelming amount of mail that he has to sign for, he will make some changes or he may also stop receiving mail on behalf of NCO.
His/her signature as Registered Agent will hold up quite nicely in court.
