CAMCO now NCO-why won't they go away!!

NCO has been harassing me! They call me three times a day and today they called me at work. Isn't that illegal?
They said I owe MBNA money! I have never been in collections in my life and my credit reports prove it.
I faxed two C and D letters to them and told them that I have documentation that they have no grounds to try to collect this money.
What do I do before I find there's a judgement against me somehow??
