You say she is suffering from Alzheimer's .. is she lucid enough to manage by herself in the 341 meeting.. and to answer any and all questions from a Trustee ?? If not, you have some other questions to have answered.. see a lawyer. No one can speak for her at the 341.. at least as far as I know.. so find out.

I lost my Dad to Alzheimer's.. so I know very well what its like for them.. and for you as caregivers for her.
