LadynRed, You stated in a previous post, i.e. "car repoession" posted by publico on November 23, 2003 at 20:11:01, that the sol for a repo in Florida is 2 years if no notice of sale is given or notice of deficiency is given. I can't find this info anywhere. I wish I could because I had a repo two years ago and don't recall receiving a notice. Please help me find this information. I have been to WhyChat's site and found the repo deficiency sol letter, but I am concerned about sending it to the creditor because they might sue if it is within the SOL. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks
