Is anyone having trouble with Cingular Wireless? I have had nothing but problems with them from day 1. Now the latest is they overdrew my account for 2 paymnets instead of 1 which caused many NSF charges (which they paid back 5 DAYS LATER!) and now they say my bill from October is over $400 even though the phone was lost for 5 days and no calls were made for those days. I am having so many problems and I try to call or e-mail to have things resolved and they ACT like they want to help but they don't really do anything. I got my bill down to $320 but I added up the minutes from their internet site and I am coming up with different numbers. Their bill does not break down the charges at all and I am just asking for them to tell me where they are getting their numbers from and I get no response. I count less and it comes to about $100 less on my bill than they are charging me. Any suggestions? My payment is due by the 1st and if I don't pay it my phones get turned off.
