Why Chat, are you still worried that someone is going to steal your thunder? I already told you I wasn't going to do that to you. You should be in support of good solid information and in support of the people needing help on this forum. I guess I need to remind you once again, that there is more than one right way to skin a cat. Some better than others.

If a person wasn't served properly or wasn't served at all, this has always been a valid reason to nullify a Judgment. It will not show as a paid Judgment on his/her CR, but will in fact be deleted. Not only in Missouri, but any state. If the poster here wishes to go through the hassle and expense of using a lawyer, for something the clerk will do for nothing, that would be their decision.

The advise I give is never intended as legal advice, as it would take an attorney to give actual legal advice. As I am not an attorney, this could not be construed as legal advice.
Additionally, I believe there is a big disclaimer at the top of this forum. Further if your going to accuse someone of giving legal advice, I believe you should look in your own back yard. (Why Chats Web-Site)

The only reason an attorney would not want this information out in the open, is simply a money matter with the attorney. (Common lay people are getting into their pocket). Attorney's love the monoply they have on the legal system and will go to any length to protect it.

The information I give is like giving directions to a place that some have visited and some have not, and I sure wouldn't want them to lose their way. Would you Why Chat?
