Yes they have violated good ole FDCPA. My guess is their letter also would violate the ACT. Make sure you hang on to those envelopes and all your letters. Have you sent them a C&D, validation, & dispute? If looks like you have another 2 years before your states SOL has expired. If you havn't sent the CA the letter I would do so as soon as possible. Do not pay them anything. Because of their many violations, you may be able to zero out your debt, through negotiations and/or Mutual Agreements. Or my radical approach is to serve their Registered Agent with a summons to appear on behalf of their client. This always gets their attention. If this was my debt, and they sent those letters to me, I would already have sent them a summons. So, go ahead and send your letter and just sit back and wait for additional violations to come in the mail.
