Had the same thing happen with shitibank, in NC, they used bernhardt and strawser. They got their judgment without a signed contract, judge would not pay any attention to me. But they only got judgment for 75%. I am now making they same payments per month that I offered shitibank to settle...$100 per month. I am hoping that I can get them to settle for less, in a lump sum after 6 months or so. BTW, berhardt and strawser are the lowest kind of scum suckers, they have had many many laws to protect companies like them selves and aganist consumers passed in nc, I swear the judge and b&s are golf buddies of the worst kind. I hope you have better luck.
