Beats me......first it was MBNA, then wolpoff & abramson had the collection, they filed abitration & won ( of course).....when we did not (could not pay the arbitration) Wolpoff I guess hired Smith Debnam LLC in Raleigh NC a law firm....Smith & debnam now filed the civil summons.. 12K OC is now 17K
