This is why I complained about collect america directly - and in the complaints I said I was holding Collect AMerica directly responsible for the actions of their attorney collector.... But yes I find it extremely interesting that they know nothing about collect america yet you have letters stating the opposite. Isn't if fraudulent on their part to tell agencies like the BBB a bold faced lie???? Can't you now turn around and sue for misrepresentation if they collected money from you using the line that you owe XXX company money and we are colecting for that company??? Now they say they don't KNOW XXX company yet they collected money from you for it.... :) this can only work in your favor I bet....
