Also it will be important for you to assess the damages you have suffered due to their credit reporting or collection methods. For example in my lawsuits I had a letter from a merchant account provider for a sole proprietership I had set up that had approved me but not for 1-2% of all processed amounts but for 11%. Since my company was set to verifiably process about 30k per month the damages were 3k per month for every month they were damaging my report. That was just one source of damages. People back down quickly when a court may investigate their practices. And set precedent for all of the other people they have abused to access and use. Its all on pacer. Which if you are looking at litigation is worth subscribing too.
