I live in Neb and have three cc that total about 10K. I haven't paid two of them since 11/02 and the third talked me out of a payment in 3/03 but haven't paid anything since. I've stopped receiving correspondence from the first two but the last one(Direct Merchants) just went into collections. Received a demand letter from attorney last week. Should I be concerned? I've been pressing my luck, planning to file Chap7 but am most concerned about being sued. About how long can I put this off? Am I in danger of being sued?
