You may or may not get sued, fight them if you do get sued and probably it will be dismissed because they will not have the records. Send valadation lettlers as soon as you here from whomever on your accounts. It seems most of time they do not have the records, to back up there bull crap, and then will just go away, and sell your account to another, eventually the SOL will run, and they will not be collectible for that reason.
computerguy and ladydred "can't we all just get along" (Rodney King) in the spirit of helping others. Maybe computerguy will put his knock em dead valadation letter out there for all to use for free eventually. In the interim he is offering to help this person at no charge.
